All Ukrainian airports operate in a usual regime. Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acting President of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said this during the joint briefing with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk.
“We have tightened security of airports and elaborated mechanisms of their protection in case of direct aggression,” said Oleksandr Turchynov, stressing that the airspace of Ukraine is closed for non-civil aviation.
“At the same time, Ukrainians and guests of our country can freely fly and land in Ukrainian airports,” summed Oleksandr Turchynov.
